uso di iReport, partendo dall'utilizzo delle impostazioni grafiche, passando all'uso di subreports, datasource personalizzati, internazionalizzazione, fino ad arrivare ai plug-ins e alla segnalazione di tips and tricks.

il libro è un buon manuale sull'ottimo strumento iReport. Scritto dallo stesso autore del GUI per Jasper Report, non può che essere accurato nei dettagli. Si parte dalla descrizione delle parti più "estetiche" del tool, che però non vanno assolutamente saltate in quanto consentono di comprendere l'uso dei report. Si passa, poi, all'uso dei subreports, dei datasources (personalizzabili), dell'internazionalizzazione e dei grafici. Molto utile pure il capitolo 18 che offre suggerimenti per risolvere problemi abbastanza comuni per chi usa iReport.

è un manuale da tenere sulla scrivania per chi desidera creare report con iReport!

the book is a good handbook on the excellent tool iReport. Written from the developer of the GUI for Jasper Report, it's careful in details. It begins from the description of "the more aesthetic" parts of the tool, wich does not go absolutely jumped because concurs to comprise the use of the report. Then analizes the use of the subreports, the customizable datasources, the internationalization and the charts. Very interesting the 18 chapter that offers suggestions in order to resolve enough common problems for who uses iReport.
