comment:
This is my first book of the 'The Pragmatic Programmers' series.
for this series I had good expectation.
Leaved the academic environment and entered in the enterprise world
I begin to search very pragmatic stuff, tools and books.
First point this book has a right title and my expectations are satisfied, and beyond.
The reading is linear, from page one to the last without a single problem.
No doubts about the author deep competence, field knowledge, and communicative skills.
My personal work experiences are surprising mirrored by the chapters of the book.
In many ways this book suggests points of further explorations for new project management directions.
The author take the distance from high technological tools
giving human relationship the right importance,
I agree this point too. The book includes funny but real relationships pattern too.
summary:
In conclusion I suggest this book as an indispensable reading to any modern project manager
with agile orientation.
