il libro propone un argomento ampio,
consigli chiari, evidente esperienza sul campo sulle maggiori componenti tecniche e strategiche trainanti un progetto software.

non piace
il libro per risparmiare spazio sorvola sui confronti,
in particolare nel "atre oscura" della stima del lavoro da compiere in un progetto.
Ne elenca alcune ma ne sviluppa solo una.

divertente ma tristemente realistica la "self-fulfilling prophecy" (p.51), per soddisfare una esigenza di progetto non soddisfacibile piuttosto che affrontare al realtà la stima del lavoro da fare diviene un'insieme irrealizzabile di obiettivi da raggiungere.

Cristal clear advice, no dubs on the field expirience of the authors about principal techniques and strategies of software project managment.

The book don't spend much words on comaparisons on different alternatives about the "black art" of estimation. List some techniques but explores only one of these.

funny
but sadly true the "self-fulfilling prophecy" (p.51), to satisfy one unsatisfable requirement the project manager don't face the reality (the boss) but put togheter one list of unreachable targets and milestones.
